Day 128

Ran outside, late at night. Ran three .55 mile laps in 19:30 (moving slow, taking it easy.) It seems like 128 days in a row is a lot. What else have I done 128 days in a row besides eat, sleep, and other biological functions? Hug and kiss my wife? Tell my kids I love them? Use the computer? Habits are interesting...

I have come out of no where and the score is now tied! That is the absolute best that i could hope for! Lets cancel the remaining games for the week and call it a tie! No...only kidding. I am ready to manage to the bitter end. Keep up the good exercise! What kid of results are you seeing after 128 days? I have not seen any weight loss. I need to curb the volume of food that I intake inorder to get on top of that problem. I have repostioned some of the weight. I think that I have more muscle and less body fat. Still a lot of fat but not quite as much as before.
