Day 31

Legs, (shins and knees) are still hurting a little bit. Wanted to do a longer run, so I told myself hit 1.25 miles and then see how you feel, then I hit that and extended to 1.5 and said the same thing. Then I just kept going to 20 minutes, then told/tricked myself by saying 2 miles is only 3.5 minutes away. So I did 2.0 miles in 23:30. Slow, but it went ok. Lungs are pretty good, if it was a matter of just that I would be fine. Gotta trim up some to decrease the load. :) One month down! 11 to go...
My three year old this morning told me I couldn't quit, so that is the final word....
